I already did this too .. changed even my email address and password and still waiting for the confirmation email .. this whole site is totally messed up .. for the future I won't buy anymore from Stardock since I'm experience to many flows on this site

If you changed your original email for this order and now you said you 

changed emails you need to merge the two https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#mergeaccounts

changing email will create a problem and need to be merged .

You have no recent purchase under ******doe@hotmail.com.  If you purchased under a different email (one you use for PayPal perhaps), PM me the other email address and Ill merge it with the one above.

I use for paypal the email a*****@jurgendoe.com ... but my real email is jurgen***@gmail.com

since I don't have any website anymore I don't get emails through admin@jurgendoe.com
In a previous thread I posted the image where you could see the  purchase but it got deletet or hidden because of personal information.

You can then access your purchases here:

And after activation, from here:

Nothing happening at all . .don't get any confirmation email to validate my new email ...  nothing

looks like I never will get my serial for what I've purchased at all ... in the future I won't buy anything anymore .. to much trouble with this site
